Dr. Jeeseha earned MBA with specializations in human resource and marketing management from Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI) University, Nagaland. Then he earned Doctor of Ministry (D. Min) from South Asia Theological Research Institute (SATHRI), Senate of Serampore University. At present he is serving as Literature Secretary at YBBA (Yimkhiung Baptist Borü Amukhungto), an association of Yimkhiung community under NBCC. He has also authored a book in 2015, “The Essence of Youth”.
