Joshva Raja is a theologian, educator, and practitioner in transformative leadership and public theology. He has served as Vicar, Associate Professor, and Chair of Departments at institutions including the United Theological College, Bangalore; Selly Oak Centre for Mission Studies, Queens Foundation for Ecumenical Theological Education, University of Birmingham; University of Gloucestershire; and the Free University of Amsterdam (VU), where he developed graduate and postgraduate programs in practical theology, mission, and social change. He has supervised PhD students at multiple universities, including the University of Stellenbosch. An ordained priest of the Church of South India, Joshva has also worked with the Scottish Episcopal Church and the Church of England. He has pioneered initiatives in disaster communication, interfaith dialogue, and inclusive community development, advising governments and global organizations such as the UNISDR and the World Association for Christian Communication. Currently a Priest at St Mary Cuddington in the diocese of Guildford, he continues to advance public theology, church leadership, and initiatives connecting faith with social justice, dialogue, and ecological mission.
I Lanusenla Ao had been in the teaching ministry for two decades. She served among the youth in Ao Baptist Church Tuensang, before she started her theological studies. She served as Chaplain in North East Christian Fellowship, Madurai (Tamil Nadu), as well as in Jabalpur (M.P), India. She published books, presented academic papers and published number of articles in various journals. She was involved in developing courses for online theological education, and was the Head of the Department, MA in Christian Studies, jointly run by the Oxford Centre for Religion and Public Life and North East Christian University, India. Currently she is a core faculty at North India Institutes of Post Graduate Theological Studies (NIIPGTS), and a regular faculty at Serampore College (Faculty of Theology), She teaches Christian Communication.
