Decode Your Why: Unlocking Meaning, Mystery and Majesty through Inclusive Spirituality is an exploration of the shared human quest for meaning, connection, and spiritual fulfilment. Drawing from a diverse range of spiritual traditions—Hindu, Buddhist, Christian, Islamic, Sikh, Jain, Tribal and even humanistic atheism—the book addresses life’s most fundamental questions: What can I truly rely on? How should I live? What gives life purpose?
Far from being an eclectic compilation, this book presents a thoughtful and integrative approach to spirituality, inviting readers to engage deeply with each teaching and personalise the insights that resonate. It acknowledges life’s paradoxes: the coexistence of suffering and joy, the challenge of embracing both freedom and responsibility, and the need to live meaningfully in our volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world.
Divided into ten thematic sections, Decode Your Why explores the foundations of spiritual thought, the role of suffering and redemption, the search for identity, and the importance of ethical living. Ultimately, this book encourages a journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth, aiming to inspire a sense of unity, compassion, and reverence for the richness of human experience.
