This book examines the interrelated dimensions of mental health for social well-being in contemporary society. It approaches mental health not merely as the absence of disorder but as the presence of psychological resilience, balance, and positive functioning. Social well-being is explored as a crucial factor shaping individual stability through relationships, community support, and collective belonging. The articles in this book seek to integrate theoretical perspectives with practical insights, highlighting challenges, opportunities, and strategies for promoting holistic well-being. It is hoped that this book will contribute to scholarly discourse while serving as resource for educators, practitioners, and policy makers engaged in mental health and social development.
