REDEMPTION OF THE BODY IN THE THEOLOGY OF PAUL, developed from a doctoral dissertation, offers a profound exegetical and theological exploration of Paul’s understanding of redemption as the unfolding of God’s saving purpose in Christ. Focusing on the “body” (soma) motif and its holistic conception, the book illuminates how Paul’s vision of redemption in Christ encompasses every dimension of somatic existence—personal, communal, and cosmic—and spans past, present, and future within the all-encompassing redemptive work of God in Christ.

Rev. Dr. Vanlalnghaka Ralte served as Professor of New Testament and later as Principal of Aizawl Theological College. He was Chairperson of the Research Committee of the Senate of Serampore College (2019–2022) and Moderator of the Mizoram Synod, Presbyterian Church of India (2022). He currently serves as Adjunct Professor of New Testament at Aizawl Theological College.
