Rev. Dr. Santhosh John is an ordained minister of the Assemblies of God Church in Kerala. He was born and raised in a Syrian Pentecostal Assemblies of God family in Kollakadavu, Central Kerala.
He served as the Principal of Bethany Bible College, Thiruvananthapuram, for seven years. He was also the Founder-Director of the Bethany Institute of Theology and the Editor of the Bethany Journal of Theology. At present, he serves as the Director of the Counselling Department of the Assemblies of God Malayalam District Council, the Director of Postgraduate Studies at Bethel Bible College, Punalur, the Chief Editor of the AG Journal of Counselling, the Publisher of AG Doothan magazine, and a member of the Kerala Auxiliary Committee of the Bible Society of India.
Rev. Dr. John holds postgraduate degrees in English Literature, Psychology, Philosophy, and Counselling. He earned his Ph.D. from St. Peters Pontifical Institute, Bengaluru, an affiliated seminary of the Pontifical Athenaeum in Rome.
He is the author of several books, including The Spirituality of Marriage, Compendium of Theological Thought, Compendium of Counselling Thought, and A Handbook for Adolescents. In addition, he has published numerous scholarly articles in both English and Malayalam in national and international journals and magazines.
Rev. Dr. Santhosh John is married to Mrs. Bless Santhosh John, and they are blessed with two sons, Saju John and Blesson John.
