Inclusive Spirituality and Ethical Leadership: Reimagining Business and Society brings together voices from diverse faiths, disciplines, and life experiences to address one of the most urgent needs of our time: grounding business and society in values that foster dignity, justice, and sustainability. Emerging from the XLRI Spirituality Conclave 2025, the volume presents four interwoven parts: the philosophical and ethical foundations of inclusive spirituality; perspectives from Christian, Indian, Sufi, Jain, and tribal traditions; insights on spiritual intelligence and leadership for organizational renewal; and concrete practices for innovation and societal transformation. Contributors include scholars, practitioners, and leaders whose reflections demonstrate that spirituality is neither sectarian nor ornamental, but central to ethical leadership and sustainable futures. Rejecting both consumerist New Age trends and reductionist positive psychology, the book insists on spirituality as relational, pluralistic, inclusive, and justice-oriented—a resource for reimagining organizations, education, and public life in a fractured world.
